Helenium autumnale 'Salsa'
Helenium autumnale 'Salsa' is a vibrant perennial producing striking bright red flowers with golden-yellow tips and a distinctive dark chocolate-brown central cone. Flowering above dense green foliage, the colourful blooms bring warmth and energy to the garden during the height of summer.
Blooming from July through to September, this compact variety provides weeks of reliable colour when many other perennials are beginning to fade. The daisy-like flowers are excellent for cutting and are highly attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects, making them a valuable addition to wildlife-friendly gardens.
With its neat, bushy habit, 'Salsa' is perfect for mixed borders, patio pots and containers, where it adds bold colour without taking up too much space. Easy to grow and thriving in full sun with well-drained soil, it is a dependable perennial that returns year after year.
