Hatiora salicornioides
Hatiora salicornioides is an unusual epiphytic cactus known for its slender, segmented stems that resemble tiny branching fingers. Often referred to as the “Dancing Cactus”, its cascading, jointed growth creates gentle movement and a light, sculptural look. In spring, mature plants produce small, tubular yellow to orange flowers that add a cheerful burst of colour.
Ideal for bright indoor spaces with indirect light, it works beautifully in hanging pots or elevated planters where its stems can spill naturally over the edges. Its relaxed, trailing habit makes it perfect for adding texture and interest to shelves or plant displays, especially in warm, humid rooms.

Water: Keep compost lightly moist during the growing season, allowing the surface to dry slightly between watering. Reduce watering in winter

Humidity: Enjoys higher humidity and benefits from occasional misting or placement in kitchens or bathrooms
