Light: Bright, indirect light is ideal. Avoid strong direct sunlight
Water: Keep a small amount of water in the central rosette and keep compost lightly moist but not waterlogged
Soil/Nutrition: Free-draining bromeliad or orchid-style compost. Feed lightly during spring and summer
Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity and warm conditions
Pruning and propagation: Remove the flower spike once faded. Produces offsets (pups) which can be separated when mature
