Ginkgo biloba 'Troll'
Ginkgo biloba 'Troll' is a compact, slow-growing deciduous tree with distinctive fan-shaped leaves and a naturally dense, rounded habit. Fresh green foliage emerges in spring and remains attractive throughout summer, giving this dwarf variety a neat and architectural appearance.
In autumn, the foliage turns a brilliant golden yellow before falling, creating an impressive burst of seasonal colour. Its unusual leaves and compact form make 'Troll' an excellent feature plant where space is limited.
Ideal for small gardens, rockeries and patio containers, 'Troll' grows best in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil. Its naturally slow growth and compact habit require little maintenance, making it an easy and distinctive choice for smaller planting schemes.
