Ficus shivereana 'Moonshine' is a stunning, rare indoor fig with glossy, pale green leaves beautifully mottled with dark green, lime green, white and yellow. Its upright, compact growth habit and unique colouring make it a striking statement plant for bright modern interiors.
This variety thrives in warm, well-lit rooms and is slower growing than other Ficus types, making it easier to manage in smaller spaces. With the right care, it adds a bold, contemporary touch and becomes a focal point in any houseplant collection.

Ficus Care Sheet
Light: Requires bright, indirect light to maintain strong variegation. Avoid prolonged direct sun, which may scorch leaves.
Water: Water when the top 2–3cm of soil feels dry. Do not allow the plant to sit in water.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a rich, free-draining houseplant compost. Feed every 4–6 weeks in spring and summer with balanced fertiliser.
Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity. Mist occasionally or place near a humidifier.
Pruning & Propagation: Prune to shape and remove damaged leaves. Propagation is by stem cuttings in warm, humid conditions.
