Euphorbia trigona 'Rubra' is a striking, upright succulent with deep burgundy-red stems and triangular ridges lined with small leaves and spines. The rich colour intensifies in bright sunlight, and its tall, architectural form makes it a dramatic feature plant indoors. Fast-growing and easy to care for, it’s ideal for bright rooms or conservatories.

Light: Prefers bright, indirect to full sun. A south or west-facing window will bring out its best colour.
Water: Water sparingly, allowing soil to dry out completely between waterings. Reduce in winter.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a free-draining cactus or succulent mix. Feed lightly in spring and summer with diluted cactus fertiliser.
Humidity: Thrives in average to low indoor humidity.
Pruning & Propagation: Wear gloves when pruning due to toxic sap. Propagates from cuttings left to callous before planting.
