Eupatorium cannabinum
Eupatorium cannabinum is a vigorous upright perennial producing large clusters of fluffy pink and purple feathery flowers from mid to late summer. The nectar-rich blooms are highly attractive to bees, butterflies, and other pollinators, making it an excellent addition to wildlife-friendly and naturalistic planting schemes.
Tall stems rise above attractive deeply divided foliage, creating strong vertical interest in borders, meadow gardens, and waterside planting. Extremely hardy and easy to grow, this robust perennial spreads steadily and benefits from cutting back spent stems and flowers at the end of the season.
