Dianthus 'Supernova'
Dianthus 'Supernova' is a charming alpine pink that produces striking single flowers in shades of pink and rich burgundy above a neat mound of grey-green foliage. Its compact habit makes it an excellent choice for the front of borders, alpine beds and containers.
Wonderfully fragrant, the colourful blooms appear throughout the flowering season and attract pollinating insects to the garden. The attractive evergreen foliage provides year-round interest and creates a beautiful contrast with the vibrant flowers.
Thriving in a sunny position with free-draining alkaline soil, this easy-to-grow variety is particularly well suited to rockeries, gravel gardens and patio containers where its compact size and fragrance can be fully appreciated.
