Daphne × transatlantica 'Eternal Fragrance'®
Daphne × transatlantica 'Eternal Fragrance'® is an outstanding compact shrub prized for its exceptionally long-lasting display of beautifully scented flowers. Blooming in flushes from late spring right through to autumn, it produces clusters of delicate pale pink buds opening to pure white blooms, each releasing a sweet perfume that carries on the air. The fragrance is particularly noticeable in the evenings and will fill the garden with a delightful scent over a long season.
Evergreen in mild winters, this hardy shrub forms a neat, rounded habit, perfect for placing near paths, patios, or entrances where the fragrance can be enjoyed up close. Easy to grow and reliable, it is tolerant of a wide range of soils and conditions, making it a rewarding choice for borders, containers, or smaller gardens. Holder of the RHS Award of Garden Merit for its excellent performance.
