Cupressocyparis leylandii
Cupressocyparis leylandii is a very hardy and vigorous hedging plant, holding foliage right to ground level. A fast-growing evergreen conifer ideal for dense, year-round screening and tall hedging. Commonly known as Leyland cypress, this vigorous tree forms a tall, narrow column of rich green foliage that responds well to regular clipping. It provides instant privacy, wind protection and noise reduction, making it one of the most popular choices for hedging in the UK.
