Cotinus coggygria 'Ruby Glow'
Cotinus coggygria 'Ruby Glow' is a compact Smoke Bush grown for its ever-changing foliage and airy, smoke-like flower plumes. The leaves emerge with rich pink-bronze tones, mature to green through summer, then transform into spectacular shades of yellow, purple and crimson-red in autumn.
Soft, cloud-like pink flower heads appear during summer, creating the distinctive smoky effect that gives the plant its common name. Ideal for smaller gardens, mixed borders and specimen planting, 'Ruby Glow' also attracts pollinators and its feathery flower plumes make an attractive addition to cut flower arrangements.
