Best grown little and often, coriander thrives in cooler conditions and benefits from regular sowing to ensure a continuous supply of fresh leaves. Allow some plants to flower and set seed for harvesting coriander seeds (spice) or to encourage self-seeding in the garden. Ideal for beginners and a must-have for any herb collection.
