Anemone hupehensis 'Pamina'
Anemone hupehensis 'Pamina' is a richly coloured Japanese anemone that brings bold late-season interest to the garden. Large semi-double flowers of deep rose pink with golden centres are carried on long, wiry stems above attractive mounds of dark green, deeply cut foliage.
Flowering from July through to October, this reliable perennial provides weeks of colour when many other garden plants have finished blooming. Its upright habit makes it ideal for mixed borders, cottage gardens and wildlife-friendly planting schemes, where the vibrant flowers sway gracefully in late summer breezes.
Easy to grow and low maintenance, 'Pamina' is a valuable source of late nectar for bees and other pollinators, while its long-lasting flowers are also excellent for cutting.
