Ajuga 'Princess Nadia' is a standout groundcover perennial and the first multi-coloured form of Ajuga tenorii, discovered as a sport of the popular ‘Chocolate Chip’. In spring, its narrow foliage emerges in soft cream and purple tones, highlighted by glowing pink edges that bring colour and detail to rockeries and borders.
In late spring, the real show begins as numerous royal blue flower spikes rise above the foliage, creating an impressive and unexpected display. Unlike many ajugas, ‘Princess Nadia’ maintains a controlled, non-invasive creeping habit, making it ideal for neat groundcover. As an added bonus, it often reblooms in late summer, extending its seasonal interest.
