Acer palmatum 'Little Princess'
Acer palmatum 'Little Princess' is a charming, compact Japanese maple admired for its beautifully coloured foliage and refined habit. The leaves emerge with bright lime green centres edged in rich red, creating a striking contrast that remains attractive throughout the growing season.
As autumn approaches, the foliage transforms into warm shades of yellow and orange, extending its seasonal appeal. Naturally neat and slow growing, this variety is ideal for smaller gardens, courtyards and containers, where it provides elegant structure and colour without overwhelming the space. Best grown in a sheltered position with well-drained soil and light or dappled shade.
