Acer palmatum 'Cascade Emerald'
Acer palmatum 'Cascade Emerald' is a striking weeping Japanese maple admired for its finely cut, deeply lobed foliage in vibrant lime green tones. The elegant leaves cascade gracefully down the stems, creating a flowing, architectural form that brings light and movement to the garden.
Ideal for adding height variation and contrast in mixed tree and shrub plantings, this eye-catching variety also performs beautifully as a focal point in borders or large containers. In autumn, the foliage transforms into blazing shades of gold, orange and red, delivering a dramatic seasonal finale. Best grown in a sheltered position with well-drained soil and light shade.
