Weigela 'Magic Carpet' has attractive colour-changing foliage that emerges chartreuse green and as the season progresses changes to tones of orange and apricot. This vibrant foliage provides a glowing backdrop to abundant, trumpet-shaped, lilac-pink flowers from May until July, whic are attractive to bees. An excellent container plant with much interest throughout the growing season. This plant drops its leaves in winter, then new foliage appears again in the spring.
