Trifolium 'Angel Clover Onyx'
Trifolium 'Angel Clover Onyx' is a striking ornamental clover featuring traditional three-leaved foliage with some of the darkest markings seen in any variety. The leaves are an intense, almost black shade, beautifully edged with vivid emerald green, creating dramatic contrast and visual interest.
In early summer, delicate white clover flowers appear above the foliage, adding a light, airy touch to this otherwise bold plant. Compact and easy to grow, it thrives in full sun or partial shade in free-draining soil or compost.
Perfect for containers and hanging baskets, it works particularly well as a pot fringe, where its trailing habit can soften edges and highlight companion plants. Pair with darker foliage plants such as Heuchera to enhance its unique colouring.
