Tradescantia 'Sweetness' – A compact trailing plant with small, oval leaves striped in shades of green, white, and pink. Its colourful foliage and cascading growth make it perfect for hanging baskets, shelves, or mixed indoor displays. Easy to grow and quick to fill out, it adds a cheerful splash of colour to any space.
This variety performs well in bright, indirect light, where its variegation is most vibrant. Perfect for smaller spaces, it thrives in warm, humid rooms such as kitchens or bathrooms but adapts well to normal indoor conditions, making it an excellent beginner’s plant.

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light. Too little light may reduce pink colouring, while too much direct sun can scorch leaves.
Water: Keep soil lightly moist, watering when the top 2–3cm feel dry. Avoid prolonged dryness or soggy soil.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a free-draining houseplant compost. Feed monthly in spring and summer with diluted fertiliser.
Humidity: Prefers average indoor humidity but will adapt well. Mist occasionally for lusher growth.
Pruning & Propagation: Pinch back stems to encourage bushiness. Propagates very easily from cuttings.
