Scabiosa incisa 'Kudo Blue' is a compact perennial producing large, dazzling blue pincushion flowers with a distinctive central button surrounded by delicate outer florets. The beautifully pleated flowerheads are held on slender stems above neat mounds of foliage, creating an elegant and airy display.
