Sansevieria ‘Golden Edge’ is a striking snake plant with upright, sword-like leaves in deep green, boldly edged with bright golden-yellow margins. The strong contrast and vertical form give this variety a clean, architectural look that suits both modern and traditional interiors.
Exceptionally tough and low maintenance, this variety thrives in a wide range of indoor conditions, from bright rooms to lower-light areas. Ideal for homes, offices, and commercial spaces, it adds structure, colour, and reliable greenery with minimal care.

Sansevieria Care Sheet
Light: Tolerates low light but grows best in bright, indirect light. Also copes well with artificial lighting.
Water: Water sparingly, allowing compost to dry out completely between waterings. Overwatering is the most common cause of problems.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a free-draining cactus or houseplant compost. Feed lightly in spring and summer only.
Humidity: Prefers dry air and normal household conditions. Do not mist.
Pruning and propagation: Remove damaged leaves at the base. Can be propagated by division or leaf cuttings.

Sansevieria Care
Light: Bright, filtered light, but is also extremely tolerant.
Water: Sansevieria needs little water. Especially in the winter they need less watering. A half glass of water every 2 months is sufficient. In spring and summer, it is advised to moisten the soil every 2 weeks.
Temperature: Sansevieria like room temperature around 18-25°C. They do not like temperatures below 10°C
Soil: Use a well-draining universal potting soil.
Fertiliser: Sansevieria does not need much extra fertiliser. From April to July, the plant needs a feed once every two weeks.
Repotting: Sansevieria do well in the same pot for years. Repot only when necessary. Use a well-draining soil that has plenty of perlite and some sand. Repot in a container that is no more than one size larger.
