Rhododendron luteum 'Persil'
Rhododendron luteum 'Persil' is a refined deciduous azalea with an upright, compact habit and outstanding seasonal interest. In late spring, it produces large, highly fragrant white flowers, each delicately marked with a soft yellow splash at the centre, creating a fresh and elegant display.
The mid-green foliage provides a lush backdrop through summer before transforming into rich shades of red and bronze in autumn, extending its appeal well beyond the flowering season. Well suited to containers, borders and smaller gardens, ‘Persil’ thrives in acidic, moisture-retentive yet well-drained soil and is highly attractive to bees and other pollinators.
