Rhaphidophora hongkongensis 'Variegata'
Rhaphidophora hongkongensis 'Variegata' is a rare climbing aroid with glossy green leaves beautifully marbled and splashed with creamy-white variegation. Its vining growth habit and striking foliage make it a prized collector’s plant, ideal for training up a moss pole or allowing to trail elegantly indoors.
This tropical beauty thrives in warm, humid environments and brings a bold, exotic flair to bright interiors. With the right care, it develops vigorous stems and lush variegated leaves that create a dramatic display in living rooms, conservatories, or plant collections.

Light: Prefers bright, indirect light to maintain variegation. Avoid harsh direct sun, which can scorch the leaves.
Water: Water when the top 2–3cm of soil feels dry. Keep evenly moist but not waterlogged. Reduce watering in winter.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a rich, free-draining houseplant mix. Feed every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer with balanced fertiliser.
Humidity: Thrives in moderate to high humidity. Mist regularly or place near a humidifier.
Pruning & Propagation: Prune to control length and encourage bushy growth. Propagates easily from stem cuttings with nodes.
