Prunus 'Tai Haku'
Prunus 'Tai Haku' is a magnificent deciduous ornamental cherry, renowned for its exceptionally large, pure white single flowers. The blooms appear in generous clusters during mid to late spring, opening alongside fresh coppery-bronze young foliage for a particularly striking seasonal display.
As the season progresses, the leaves mature to rich green before developing warm yellow and orange tones in autumn. The broad, spreading crown gives 'Tai Haku' an impressive presence, making it an excellent specimen tree for lawns, larger borders and spacious gardens.
