Prunus cerasifera var. pissardii 'Nigra' is a striking ornamental flowering tree grown for its dramatic dark purple foliage and beautiful early spring blossom. Masses of delicate pale pink flowers appear on the bare branches before the leaves emerge, creating a spectacular seasonal display.
