Primula Prima Belarina® 'Ocean Blue'
Primula Prima Belarina® 'Ocean Blue' is a compact, free-flowering perennial producing masses of very large, fully double blue flowers. The densely layered blooms are held above neat rosettes of fresh green foliage, creating a rich and colourful spring display.
Flowering from February to May, the fragrant blooms provide welcome colour during the early months of the year. Its tidy growth and abundant flowers make it particularly effective when grouped in patio pots, window boxes and seasonal container arrangements.
Easy to grow in full sun or partial shade, 'Ocean Blue' prefers fertile, free-draining soil or compost. It is equally attractive at the front of borders, where it combines beautifully with spring bulbs and other early-flowering perennials.
