Pittosporum tenuifolium 'Bannow Bay'
Pittosporum tenuifolium 'Bannow Bay' is an elegant evergreen shrub with softly variegated foliage and year-round appeal. Its wavy-edged grey-green leaves are edged with creamy white, creating a luminous effect that brightens mixed borders and garden screens. The dense, upright habit forms a naturally neat shape that rarely needs trimming.
In late spring, small, dark purple flowers may appear, carrying a sweet, honey-like scent that adds subtle seasonal interest. Ideal for hedging, structure, or as a specimen in borders and containers, ‘Bannow Bay’ thrives in well-drained soil and prefers a sheltered position in full sun or partial shade.
