Philodendron hederaceum oxycardium 'Variegata'
Philodendron hederaceum oxycardium 'Variegata' is a striking variegated form of the popular Heartleaf Philodendron, with elegant, heart-shaped leaves patterned in shades of rich green, creamy yellow and white. Each leaf develops its own individual markings, giving the plant an attractive and ever-changing appearance.
Naturally trailing and climbing, this Philodendron is ideal for shelves, hanging pots or training up a moss pole or support. Bright, indirect light will help maintain strong variegation and encourage healthy growth, while avoiding harsh direct sunlight which can scorch the paler areas of the leaves.
- Other names: Variegated Heartleaf Philodendron, Variegated Sweetheart Plant
- Useful to know: Toxic if ingested - keep away from pets and children
- Feature: Heart-shaped green foliage patterned with creamy yellow to white variegation
- Eventual height: Trailing or climbing stems can reach approximately 150-200cm indoors
- Origins: Cultivated form of Philodendron hederaceum, native to tropical Central and South America
