Philodendron ‘Emerald Queen’
Philodendron ‘Emerald Queen’ is a vigorous climbing houseplant with glossy, rich green leaves held on strong stems. Its elongated, pointed foliage creates a lush tropical appearance, while its fast-growing habit makes it an excellent choice for quickly adding height and greenery to an indoor plant display.
Ideal for bright rooms with indirect light, ‘Emerald Queen’ can be trained up a moss pole or other support to create an impressive upright feature. It is an adaptable Philodendron that also tolerates slightly lower light levels, making it a good choice for living rooms, offices and larger indoor spaces.

Philodendron Care Sheet
Light: Bright, indirect light is ideal, although it will tolerate some lower light conditions. Avoid strong direct sunlight which can scorch the foliage.
Water: Water when the top few centimetres of compost feel dry. Allow excess water to drain freely and avoid leaving the roots constantly wet.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a free-draining houseplant or aroid compost with good aeration. Feed every 4-6 weeks during spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertiliser.
Humidity: Average household humidity is usually suitable, although moderate humidity will encourage healthy, lush growth.
Pruning and propagation: Provide a moss pole or support for climbing growth and trim stems as required to control size. Propagate easily from stem cuttings containing at least one node.
