Philodendron 'Burgundy Princess' is a rare and dramatic climbing philodendron with glossy, heart-shaped leaves in deep green flushed with rich burgundy tones. Occasionally, leaves may show splashes or streaks of lighter variegation, adding extra intrigue. Its bold colouring and vining habit make it a striking choice for training up a moss pole or allowing to trail elegantly.
This tropical beauty thrives in warm, humid rooms with bright, indirect light, where its dark foliage shows its richest tones. Compact yet vigorous, it makes an impressive specimen plant, adding depth and sophistication to contemporary indoor spaces.

Light: Prefers bright, indirect light to maintain its strong colouring. Avoid harsh direct sunlight.
Water: Keep soil lightly moist, watering when the top 2–3cm feels dry. Reduce watering in winter.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a rich, free-draining houseplant compost. Feed every 4–6 weeks in spring and summer with a balanced fertiliser.
Humidity: Enjoys moderate to high humidity. Mist regularly or use a humidifier for best results.
Pruning & Propagation: Prune to manage size and encourage bushier growth. Propagates easily from stem cuttings with at least one node.
