Nandina domestica 'Fire Power'
Nandina domestica 'Fire Power' is a naturally compact evergreen shrub grown for its vivid, colour-changing foliage. The leaves emerge fresh green before developing increasingly rich red tones as temperatures fall.
During winter, the foliage becomes a striking deep red, bringing valuable colour and structure to the garden when many other plants are dormant. Small white flowers may also appear during summer, adding a delicate contrast above the colourful leaves.
Easy to grow and low maintenance, 'Fire Power' is ideal for patio containers, mixed borders, gravel gardens and informal low hedging. Plant in full sun for the strongest foliage colour, in moist but well-drained soil.
