About this Mix
This premium blend combines chunky aeration with steady moisture retention—perfectly tailored for the thick roots of Monstera and Philodendron. Bark, Zeolite, Lava Rock, and Perlite provide plenty of air chambers, preventing compaction and supporting root exploration.
The mix stays lightly moist for just over a week before slowly drying, giving your plants the balance of hydration and short dry spells they need to thrive indoors.

These tropical plants require a chunky, aerated substrate with even moisture distribution. The aggregates in this blend create a loose, free-draining mix that avoids dense conditions and protects against root rot.
Monstera and Philodendron can tolerate short dry periods, but prolonged drought can damage roots. This soil’s structure allows safe drying cycles while offering multiple layers of protection against overwatering.
