Luma apiculata 'Glanleam Gold' is a slow-growing evergreen shrub with striking variegated foliage of deep green and gold, set against smooth, reddish-brown stems. In spring, the new leaves emerge with a soft pink tint, maturing through summer when clusters of small, white, fragrant flowers appear, adding both colour and scent to the garden.
This elegant Chilean Myrtle forms a dense, rounded habit and brings year-round interest through its colourful foliage and peeling bark. Best grown in a sunny, sheltered position, it thrives in fertile, well-drained soil but benefits from protection in colder regions. Ideal for mixed borders, courtyard gardens, or as a striking container specimen.
