Lithops (Mixed)
Lithops are fascinating dwarf succulents often called “living stones” for their pebble-like appearance. Each plant consists of a pair of fleshy leaves divided by a central fissure, blending perfectly with gravel and rocky soils. Colours and patterns vary widely, from greys and browns to greens and pinks, often with intricate markings. In autumn, they may produce daisy-like white or yellow flowers.

Lithops Care Sheet
Light: Needs very bright light with some direct sun to maintain compact form and vivid markings.
Water: Follow a strict cycle – water sparingly in spring and autumn, keep dry in summer dormancy and through most of winter.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a very gritty, fast-draining cactus mix with added sand or pumice. Feeding is rarely necessary.
Humidity: Prefers dry air – avoid humidity and overwatering.
Pruning & Propagation: No pruning required. Old leaf pairs naturally dry and split as new ones emerge. Propagation is from seed or careful division of clusters.
