Kaempferia pulchra 'Pink Variegata' is a distinctive tropical houseplant with broad, low-growing leaves displaying an elegant blend of green, silver, yellow and soft pink variegation. Its beautifully patterned foliage creates a refined, exotic appearance and makes it an eye-catching choice for shelves, tabletops and grouped houseplant displays.
Best positioned in bright, indirect light, 'Pink Variegata' enjoys warm, humid conditions and lightly moist compost. Allow the upper layer of compost to dry slightly between waterings, taking care not to leave the roots sitting in water.

Light: Bright, indirect light; good light helps maintain strong variegation
Water: Keep the compost lightly moist during active growth, allowing the surface to dry slightly between waterings
Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity and benefits from being kept away from dry air and radiators
Temperature: Keep warm, ideally above 18°C, and protect from cold draughts
Feeding: Feed regularly with a balanced houseplant fertiliser during spring and summer
Winter care: Growth may slow or the plant may become dormant; reduce watering until fresh growth appears
