Ilex × meserveae 'Little Rascal'
Ilex × meserveae 'Little Rascal' is a compact male evergreen holly with dense, glossy dark green leaves that develop an attractive coppery tint in winter. In spring, small red buds open into clusters of white flowers. As a male variety it does not produce berries, but is valuable as a pollinator for nearby female hollies.
With its neat, naturally rounded habit and slow, steady growth, ‘Little Rascal’ is ideal for low hedging, foundation planting or adding year-round structure to mixed borders. Hardy and easy to grow, it thrives in full sun or partial shade and offers dependable form and colour throughout the seasons.
