Hydrangea 'Runaway Bride' is an award-winning lacecap hydrangea celebrated for its masses of delicate white flowers produced along cascading, garland-like stems. Its unusual flowering habit creates a soft, flowing display unlike more traditional Hydrangeas.
Flowering over a long season, 'Runaway Bride' produces blooms from buds formed along the length of the stems, giving the plant an exceptionally floriferous appearance. This distinctive performance earned it the title of RHS Chelsea Plant of the Year in 2018.
Versatile and easy to grow, this compact shrub is ideal for large containers, borders, raised displays and trained forms such as trellis or pyramids. Its graceful habit also makes it well suited to feature planting where the arching stems can be fully appreciated.
