Hydrangea Flair & Flavours® 'Frozen Smoothie Blue' is a compact reblooming lacecap hydrangea producing masses of elegant blue flowers throughout the summer. The delicate lacecap blooms are carried along the full length of the stems, creating a remarkably full and colourful display above rich green foliage.
Part of the exceptional Flair & Flavours® collection, this hardy variety flowers on both old and new wood, ensuring an abundance of blooms from early summer through to autumn. Its strong branching and reliable reblooming habit provide months of colour, making it an excellent choice for extending the flowering season in the garden.
Perfect for patio containers, mixed borders and smaller gardens, 'Frozen Smoothie Blue' thrives in moist, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Exceptionally hardy, tolerating temperatures down to -25°C, it is easy to grow and simply requires the removal of spent flower heads in spring to encourage another outstanding display.
