Hosta 'Guacamole'
Hosta 'Guacamole' is a bold and eye-catching perennial with large, glossy apple-green leaves edged in darker green, reminiscent of an avocado. As the season progresses, the leaf centres brighten to a golden hue, especially with increased light, creating strong contrast and interest.
A vigorous and fast-growing variety, it forms a generous clump ideal for adding texture to shaded borders. In late summer, tall stems carry highly fragrant, pale lavender flowers, making it a standout both for foliage and scent. A sport of 'Fragrant Bouquet', it also shows good tolerance to brighter conditions.
