Homalomena 'Sunshine Gem Variegata' – A vibrant tropical houseplant with broad, glossy leaves splashed and streaked in shades of green, lime, and creamy-yellow. Its bold variegation and clumping habit bring instant brightness to shaded indoor spaces.

Light: Prefers medium to bright, indirect light. Too much direct sun can scorch leaves, while low light may reduce variegation.
Water: Keep soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Allow the top 2–3cm to dry slightly between waterings.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a rich, free-draining houseplant mix. Feed every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer with balanced liquid fertiliser.
Humidity: Enjoys moderate to high humidity. Mist occasionally or place near a humidifier.
Pruning & Propagation: Remove old or damaged leaves at the base. Propagation is usually by division when repotting.
