Heuchera 'Silver Gumdrop'
Heuchera 'Silver Gumdrop' is a compact and elegant coral bells variety grown for its beautiful silver-toned foliage and long-lasting garden appeal. The neat mounds of shimmering leaves provide brightness and contrast throughout the year, making it an excellent choice for adding texture and colour to planting schemes.
The reflective silver foliage creates a striking backdrop for neighbouring plants and works particularly well alongside darker-leaved heucheras, hostas and ferns. Its tidy habit makes it ideal for containers, border edges and smaller garden spaces where year-round foliage interest is valued.
In late spring and early summer, short stems emerge carrying clusters of warm pink flowers that hover above the foliage, attracting butterflies and other pollinating insects. Easy to grow and low maintenance, 'Silver Gumdrop' performs best in partial shade but is also drought tolerant once established.
