Hedera helix 'Eva'
Hedera helix 'Eva' is an attractive evergreen ivy with small, three-lobed grey-green leaves edged in creamy white. Its bright variegation provides year-round colour and texture, making it useful for brightening shaded planting and contrasting with darker foliage.
Smaller pot sizes are ideal for adding trailing foliage to hanging baskets, window boxes and mixed containers, where the stems soften edges and fill gaps between flowering plants. It can also be grown as groundcover or trained onto walls, fences and small supports.
Hardy and easy to grow, 'Eva' performs well in sun, partial shade or full shade and adapts to a range of soils. For the best growth, plant in fertile, moist but well-drained soil. Trim back longer shoots when needed to maintain a tidy shape and keep container displays balanced.
