Garrya elliptica 'James Roof'
Garrya elliptica 'James Roof' is a vigorous evergreen shrub famed for its striking winter catkins. Dense, leathery dark green leaves provide year-round structure, while from midwinter to early spring, it bears exceptionally long, silvery-grey tassel-like catkins that create a dramatic display. Ideal as a specimen shrub or trained against a sunny wall, this low maintenance variety is perfect for adding structure and interest to the garden during the colder months.
