Eryngium planum 'Blue Hobbit'
Eryngium 'Blue Hobbit' is a compact and striking sea holly producing masses of metallic blue flowers on sturdy, well-branched stems. The intense blue colour deepens over time, extending down the stems for a bold and dramatic display.
Its spiky, silver-green foliage adds texture and structure, making it perfect for borders, gravel gardens, and contemporary planting schemes. Easy to grow and drought tolerant once established, it is highly attractive to bees and butterflies and makes an excellent cut flower.
