Diervilla 'Magical Starry Night'
Diervilla 'Magical Starry Night' is a compact deciduous shrub grown for its exceptionally dark burgundy-purple foliage. The richly coloured leaves retain their depth even when the plant is grown in partial shade, providing a dramatic contrast in mixed borders and planting schemes.
Clusters of golden yellow, tubular flowers appear from early summer into early autumn, standing out beautifully against the dark foliage. The flowers are attractive to bees and other pollinating insects, bringing additional wildlife value throughout the summer months.
