Dianthus 'Strawberry Eyes'
Dianthus 'Strawberry Eyes' is a compact, evergreen pink producing masses of fragrant pink flowers, each marked with a red eye at the centre. Flowering freely from late spring into summer, it creates a colourful display at the front of borders, in rockeries and patio containers.
This charming variety forms neat cushions of blue-green foliage that remain attractive throughout the year. The sweetly scented blooms are highly attractive to bees and other pollinators, while the compact habit makes it perfect for smaller gardens and edging paths.
Easy to grow and drought tolerant once established, 'Strawberry Eyes' thrives in a sunny position with well-drained soil and rewards gardeners with a long-lasting display of cheerful, eye-catching flowers.
