Delosperma 'Wheels of Wonder™ Violet Wonder' is a superb evergreen succulent perennial producing masses of exceptionally large, vibrant violet flowers from early summer through to late autumn. The rich, jewel-like blooms create a spectacular display above the neat mat of succulent foliage, providing months of colour in sunny garden settings.
Part of the impressive Wheels of Wonder™ series, this compact Ice Plant is perfect for terraces, balconies, containers, rockeries, gravel gardens and perennial borders. Its spreading habit also makes it an excellent flowering ground cover, creating a colourful carpet in dry, free-draining locations.
Easy to grow and highly drought tolerant once established, 'Violet Wonder' thrives in full sun and sandy or well-drained soils. The nectar-rich flowers are highly attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects, bringing valuable wildlife interest to the garden throughout the season.
