Cyclamen coum 'Dark Rose'
Cyclamen coum 'Dark Rose' is a charming hardy perennial producing elegant dark rose-pink flowers from midwinter into early spring. The blooms rise above neat, rounded foliage in shades of green, often marked with attractive silver patterning.
This variety is ideal for woodland-style planting, shaded borders, rock gardens and containers, where its flowers provide valuable colour during the quietest months of the year. Over time, it can naturalise to form attractive colonies beneath shrubs and deciduous trees.
Hardy, reliable and long lived, this cyclamen performs best in partial shade in humus-rich, well-drained soil. Once established, it requires very little maintenance and returns year after year with dependable winter and early spring colour.
