Cotinus 'Candy Floss'
Cotinus 'Candy Floss' is a large, bushy deciduous shrub grown for its airy clouds of soft pink, smoke-like flowers which appear from midsummer above attractive oval foliage. The leaves emerge bronze in spring, mature to fresh green through summer, then develop brilliant shades of yellow, orange, red, and purple in autumn, providing exceptional multi-season interest.
This versatile smoke bush is ideal for borders, cottage gardens, and specimen planting, where its hazy flower plumes create a soft, cloud-like effect from a distance. Easy to grow and low maintenance, it performs best in full sun for the richest foliage colour, though it will also tolerate partial shade.
