Clematis 'Margaret Hunt'
Clematis 'Margaret Hunt' is a vigorous deciduous climber producing large, elegant flowers in soft mauve-pink to pale purple shades. The blooms can reach up to 15cm across and create a graceful display from midsummer into autumn.
Its long flowering season makes 'Margaret Hunt' a valuable choice for extending colour through the latter part of summer. The large blooms are especially effective when trained through trellis, obelisks, fences or other garden supports.
Easy to manage and reliable, 'Margaret Hunt' belongs to pruning Group 3 and should be cut back hard in late winter or early spring to encourage vigorous new growth and plenty of flowers for the coming season.
